Leading is a way of being, an attitude, an understanding the \u201croom\u201d is better served by you being in it.\u201d That first and foremost was what I instilled in my students. GK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bren\u00e9 Brown in Dare to Lead says \u201cLeadership is not about titles, status,and wielding power. A leader is someone who takes responsibility for recognizing the potential in people and ideas, and has the courage to develop that potential<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership is having the vision, understanding and willingness to problemsolve before there is a problem to solve; Management is making sure all those who need to be part of the solution know there roles in solving it.
